In a completely spontaneous way, two 2M fans created a facebook video serenading the brand
as a form of declaration of love, which in just 1 week was viral.
It was the perfect timing for the brand to react!In just four weeks the brand regained its leadership on social media by using our influencers in personalized answers to fan comments with customised memes and funny gifs. Every comment was answered with love, even on negative comments.
